  	WILL OF JAMES EASTLICK, Crawford County, PA '...late of West Shenango Twp...died at his home on the 29th day of Oct., A.D. 1914, at or near the hour of 6 o'clock P.M...' I James Eastlick of the Township of West Shenango County of Crawford and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this be my last will and testament hereby Revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time heretofore made. After the payment of all of my just debts and funeral Expenses I direct that all of the property real personal and mixed of which I may die seized or possessed be disposed of as follows First I give devise and bequeath to my son Harvey Eastlick the piece of land situate in the Township of Green County of Mercer adjoining the farm on which he now resides containing twenty Eight acres more or less and known as the Bracken place for and during the time of his natural life and at his death to go to his two sons James Eastlick and Bert Eastlick Second I direct that all of the Residue of the property of which I may die seized or possessed be converted by my Executor hereinafter named into money and divided as follows vs To my daughter Jane Ellison the sum of one dollar. To my grand sons and grand daughter Bert Eastlick, James Eastlick, May D. Baker and Ross Davis Each the sum of Twelve hundred dollars. To W. A. McMaster the sum of twenty four hundred dollars in trust however for my two granddaughters Mary and Lottie Eastlick and all of the Residue if any to be divided equally between the above named grand children. The said sum devised to the said W. A. McMaster trustee to remain on interest and accumulate until the said Mary and Lottie arrive at the age of twenty one years, and in case that Ether of them should die without children I direct that the whole amount shall be paid to the survivor and lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my friend J. W. Bates to be the Executor of this my last will and testament and hereby invest him with full power and authority to sell and convey Real Estate.
