  Obituary	Colleen Ann Kramer, 77, of 910 2nd St., Kiel, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001 at her home. She is the former Colleen Ann Crogan born Dec, 19, 1923 in Plymouth, Wis., daughter of the late Robert and Lolita Mabee Crogan. She attended Plymouth Grade School and was a graduate of West Bend High School. She also attended Ripon College. On July 19, 1947 she married Ralph A "Kelly" Kramer at Methodist Church, West Bend. He preceded her in death on April 23, 1987. During World War II she worked as a draftsman on the Manhattan Project (the atomic bomb) in Milwaukee. Colleen was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Kiel FFA Alumni Association, Kiel Historical Society and the Kiel VFW Auxiliary. She was an active member is scouting. Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey J. (Patti) Kramer of Milwaukee and Bradley J. (Ruth) Kramer of Madison, six grandchildren, Michael, Jennifer, Anthony, Shannon, Peter and Clarissa. Funeral services will be held at Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, Kiel with the Rev. Marcia Thomas officiating.
