- Mrs. Nancy Louisa Montross, wife of. John H. Montross, died at the home Near Moe, N, J„ on March 21, 1922, after an illness of several months from heart trouble. Mrs. Montross was born in Vernon township, New Jersey, on September 5, 1922 [sic], a daughter of the late Collins Mabee and Eliza J. Kelly She was twice married, her first husband being Moore, who died a number of years ago The second husband, John H Montross. survives, together with two sons of the first marriage, William H Moore, of near this village, and Edward H Moore. of Waterbury, Conn. There are also surviving six brothers Robert N Mabbe, of Edenville, William Mabee, of New Hampton, John Mabee of Lake, Abraham Mabee, of Middletown: James Mabee, o[ Wawayanda Lake, and Elmer C Mabee of Warwick, also, a half brother John Mills, of Franklin, N J . and two sisters, Elizabeth, wife of William J Roe. of New Haven, Conn, and Hannah, wife of Thomas Doremus. of Paterson, N J.
The funeral services will be held in the Cemetery Chapel on Friday after noon at 1-30 o'clock, Rev James Bristow officiating. Interment in Warwick Cemetery

- On Monday morning, June 22. Mr John H Montross died at his home in the Acker District at the age of 79 years. He was born on August 5, 1852 a son of Mr and Mrs. Samuel Montross. Funeral services were held on Wednesday at the Greenwood Baptist Church with the Rev Seeley Quackenbush officiating. Burial was in Moe, N J cemetery Mr Montross' wife died nine years ago.
He is survived by two stepsons. Ed Moore and William H Moore of Midvale Several Nephews and nieces also survive Mr James Montross of Warwick is a cousin

- William H. Moore died at the home at 414 Ringwood Avenue, Midvale, N J., on Thursday of last week. Funeral services were held at the late home on Saturday afternoon at two o'clock, conducted by Rev. McGuire.
Mr Moore was born in New Jersey on August 29, 1874, a son of the late Henry Moore and Louisa Mabee. For a number of years he made his home on a small farm in the Acker district in this town, and engaged as a carpenter, selling his home here to move to Midvale about ten years ago. He married May F. Davenport of this town whose death took place about five years ago. He is survived by two sons Irving and Herbert, both at home, and a brother, Edward of Haskell, N. J.
