- Mrs J. Erna Mabie Harrison, 77, of 203 East 7th Street, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs Samuel (Edna) Castranova, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Carlton Hill, NJ, Mrs Harrison, Mrs Harrison lived in Clifton 46 years. She was a member of Lakeview Heights Reformed Church and Peace Chapter 98 OES. Her husband Harold died in 1965.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs Castranova, Mrs John (Millicent) Rudovsky, of Duluth, Minn, Mrs Walter (Erna) Sammis of Cornwall, NY, and Mrs Alfred (Eliza) Holm of Clifton; eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs Jack (Jean) De Koyer and Mrs Abe (Marion) Jordan, both of Titusville, Fla.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday from the Allwood Funeral Home

- Edna E (Harrison) Castronovo, 94, of Clifton died peacefully on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Born in Passaic she was a lifelong Clinton resident.
Edna was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a member of the Athenia Reformed Church ans a member of the Oak Ridge Civic Association both in Clinton. Edna was actively involved with the Passaic County Elks Cerebral Palsy Center in Clifton and a member of the center's bowling league. She is predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Samuel Castronovo and by three sisters, Millicent Rudovsky, Erna Sammis and Eliza Holm. Edna is survived by two sons, San Castronovo Jr of Panama City, FL and Robert Castronovo and wife Nancy of Clifton, by two grandchildren Laura Lefton and Husband Daniel of North Caldwell and Robert Castronovo jr and wife Lisa of Secaucus, and by three great grandchildren... Funeral services will be held Tuesday at Allwood Funeral Home, Clifton, followed by burial at Mt Hermon Cemetery.
