  	Mickey Bentall, age 89, died Friday, September 28, 2012. She was born June 10, 1923 to Frank and Ethel Mabee. In 1942 she married Robert Towers and from this marriage two children were born, Susan and Richard. She resided in Urbandale, Iowa until her marriage to Thornton Bentall in 1987. They lived in Ankeny for 10 years. Most recently, Mickey was a resident at Sunny View Nursing Home in Ankeny. Those left to cherish Mickey's memory include her son, Richard (Karen) Towers of Urbandale; son-in-law, Jimmie Goodman of Des Moines; step-son, Greg (Paula) Bentall of Cloverdale, CA; step-daughter, Rhea (Richard) Patrick of Macom, GA; three granddaughters; two step-grandsons; four great-grandchildren and many extended relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Robert and Thornton, brother Frank Mabee, and daughter Susan Goodman.
