- Mary Marguerite Peck (nee Guy), 87, a 16-year resident of Annapolis, died December 10 at the Mandrin Chesapeake Hospice House in Harwood.
She was born Sept. 8, 1923, in Loveville, to the late Sarah Ann Bowles Guy and Henry Jerome Guy, and was employed with C&P Telephone and Prince George's County Schools.
She enjoyed crab cakes, Irish coffee and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mary's hobbies also included reading, gardening and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Peck, who died in 1983; great-grandson, Kaden Reese; and 10 siblings, Mildred Johnson, Iva Tippett, Julia Farr, Mamie Thompson, Catherine Hardesty, Gladys Krastel, and Clyde, Alvin, Woodrow and Henry Guy Jr.
She is survived by six children, Pamela Williams of Riva, Mary Reynolds of Lothian, Jeffrey Peck of Crofton, John Peck of Greenbackville, Va., Robert Peck of Gambrills and Michael Peck of Daytona Beach, Fla.; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Reese, Rebecca Davis, Christine Ivey, Kellie Saragusa, and James, Thea and Christian Peck; and 10 great-grandchildren, Hayden, Piper and Finley Davis, Nathan and Jackson Ivey, Christian and Joey Saragusa, and Maggie, Grayson and Micah Reese.
Friends are invited to Mary's Life Celebration from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, December 15 at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 16 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 101 Owensville Road, West River. Interment private.

- Death Notice - Robert Edwin Peck, Sr., died on Saturday, June 11. Robert Edwin Peck Sr., of Brentwood, Md., beloved husband of Mary M. Peck, father of Pamela Williams, Robert E. Peck Jr., John G. Peck, Michael A. Peck, Mary M. Swingle, Jeffrey S. Peck; three grandchildren, three brothers, and two sisters. Services and burial were held on Wednesday, June 15, in Hyattsvllle, Md. Arrangement wer made by Gasch's Funeral Home.
