  	Mrs Ada Pyle, 88, member of a prominent West Texas and New Mexico ranch family, died in a Midland hospital Thursday after an illness of a week. She and her late husband, William M. Pyle, who died in 1943, moved to Midland in 1923 and operated a 110-section ranch north of Midland. Later they bought the McDonald and Trigg ranches near Fort Sumner N.M. They were associated with Mrs Pyle's brother John Mabee. After the death of her husband and brother, Mrs Pyle continued operation of the ranches. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs Opal Fagan of Victoria, Tex., and Mrs Ester Sweatt of Joplin, Mo.
