Mentioned in the will are "my aunts and uncles on my late mother's side" James J. Blauvelt, John J. Blauvelt, David J. Blauvelt, Vronjie Degraw, Catherine Brower and Maria Demarest (all deceased). Also mentioned "my uncle, John C. Mabie, my aunt Ann Maria Verbryck" and "my other aunts and uncles on my father's side" (all deceased) Frederick Mabie, Elizabeth Blanch, and Ann Mabie.
