- Mrs Ida Louise Warren died at her home in Salem, Oregon, on March 12, in the 86th year. Her husband, Franlk L. Warren died 18 years ago.
She is survived by four sons, Roy M. of Botha Alberta; Glenn M. of Olds; C. Leslie of Spokane, Wash..; Dean H. of Salem, Oregon; one daughter, Mrs Margaret Fessenden, Salem, Oregon, and three grandchildren
Mrs Warren was a pioneer of the Olds-Didsbury district, having arrived here with her husband and family in the fall of 1899. They homesteaded in in district where they remained until 1910, then moved to Oregon, where they have since resided.
Mr and Mrs Warren and family will be remembered by pioneer residents for their efforts in establishing church and social organizations, and encouraging musical talents in several districts of Alberta.
Funeral services were held on March 14, from Walner-Howell chapel, and concluding services in Belcrest Memorial Park, Salem.
