Rice was 28 years old and lived with his mother at 181 Windsor st, Cambridgeport. He had been blind for 12 years. He was unmarried. His mother, two brothers and a sister survive him. 18 Oct 1910, The Boston Globe The funeral of Arthur W. Rice, the young man who was killed in the trolley accident last Saturday night, was held this afternoon at 2 at his late home, 181 Windsor st. The services were conducted by Rev. Mr. Flewelling, and were attended by a large gathering of friends. The bearers were three brothers of the deceased, Walter H., Horace and Rupert Rice, and Samuel Butt, John O'Donnell and James King. Mr. Rice is survived by his mother, Mrs. Jennie Rice, the three brothers above mentioned, and one sister, Irene. He was 28 years old and had worked a number of years at the institution for the blind on Harvard st, this city. Burial was at Cambridge cemetery. Among the floral tributes was a large pillow from the sister and brothers and a spray from Miss Bertha and Geneva King.
