- Edward Mabee died at his home in Harmonyvale, four miles from Sussex, NJ, on Monday afternoon, August 10. He was aged 84 years and one month, and was born in Sussex County, NJ, of which he was a life long resident. He was a son of Martin Mabee, and later in life was married to Miss Mary Harden. He was a farmer
He is survived by one son, John, of Los Angeles, Cal; one sister, Mrs Anna Shater, of Orange, NJ, two grandchildren, John and Fred Mabee; one great-grandchild, Louise Head, of Hamburg, NJ.
The funeral was held on Friday, August 14, at the late home. Interment was in the North Hardyston Cemetery.
