  	Anthony Kirpens and William Mabee are arrested Mar 22, 1880 for stealing fowls from Susan Veeder on Jan 6, 1880. William elects to be tried by Justice, sentence to 3 Mo. in jail. Anthony waived examination, sent to County jail to await Grand Jury. Anthony was released under prior decision by Supreme Court on petty larceny rules. He was rearrested soon after and was sentenced to 3 Mo. hard labor.
