  	Mrs Virginia M Clark Henshaw, 1465 Pike Road, passed away Monday afternoon at a local hospital after a brief illness. She is survived by her husband Burt Henshaw, and one daughter, Mrs Joe Byars, Columbus, Ga, a 4 sisters, Mrs W J Thompson, Mrs Cecilia N Burt, Mrs Odessa Spragg, all of Birmingham, and Mrs Cornelia M Lauritzen of, Chicago, Illinois, and 3 brothers, George Edward Mabee, Hemet, Calif; John Truman Mabee, Chattanooga, Tenn, and Carl F Mabee, Mt Eagle, Tenn, and six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday at Brown-Service, Norwood, with Rev David Higginbotham officiating and the graveside services will be at Mt Eagle, Tenn, Saturday. Interment at the Mt Eagle Cemetery
