  	Mrs E M Mabie, formerly of Minneapolis, died early Monday morning in New York city after a brief illness. Mrs Mabie is survived by her husband, a daughter, a daughter Carmen Mabie Walmsl., her mother Mrs George R Crittenden, Waterloo, Iowa and a sister, Mrs Chandler C Wyman of Minneapolis. The body will be cremated and interment will be in the family vault at Waterloo, Iowa.

  	A brief prayer service will be conducted at Fairview mausoleum Saturday by Rev C J Askins, pastor of First Baptist church, when the ashes of Mrs Caro Crittenden Mabie are placed in the crypt. Mrs Mabie, who was born in Waterloo, died Monday in New York City and the body was cremated.
