	Death of B.F. Mabee - became a member of the Gurney Division (Temperance) of St. John City in 1849. In April 1851, he was elected to the Treasurer's office which he continued to fill up to the time of his death. He was soon after his admission to the Order elected Worthy Patriarch of the Division.
