Six grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. Services will be held Friday at I 0:30 p.m. in Richardson"s Funeral Home 48 Lafayette Park, the Rev. Adward Pointer of the Austin Square Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery.

Benjamin Mabee died at Saugus General Hospital. Police said he was stabbed by his brother, Syril Mabee, 49, also of Saugus.
Police said the two had argued earlier and parted by Syril returned to his brother's home with a Japanese bayonet.
Syril was charged with murder, assault on the occupant of a dwelling, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Police explained to Judge William L Landergan that Mabee is still at the Danvers State Hospital where he is being given tests to determine his sanity. She was also the sister of the late Ben Mabee, Ceryl Mabee; and mother-in-law of the late Peggy Hallahan. Her funeral service was held June 2 from the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home of Saugus, followed by interment in Riverside Cemetery, Saugus.14
